Appointments
We are proud to offer flexible appointment times, including some evenings and Saturdays. Your appointment is time reserved with Dr. May and one of our hygienists or assistants just for you. We take this commitment seriously and will be prepared for your visit. We expect our patients to inform us 48 hours in advance if they are unable to keep their commitment.

Insurance and Billing
We will gladly accept any dental insurance. We have patients with just about every dental plan available and have had great success receiving payments from those plans. We will maximize your insurance coverage and try to always keep you completely informed of what we believe they will cover.

If you are looking for a preferred provider with your insurance, we are contracted as such with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Select Health, Dental Select Platinum, and Cigna.

Payment Options
We know financing your dental care is a concern. We have several options available to help you pay for your investment in a healthy mouth. Please call or email us if you have any questions about these choices.

1. Credit or Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
2. 10% Fee Reduction for prepayment with cash or check [5% fee reduction with credit card]. This is for payment made when you schedule your appointment.
3. Payment by appointment. We can divide the total investment for your treatment into equal portions, one portion for each appointment needed to finish your care.
4. Interest-free payment plans through our financing partner, Care Credit.
5. Long-term payment plans through Care Credit.

Driving Directions
From Logan: Driving south on Main Street, the road splits past Stevens-Henager College. Stay to the left. Then turn left on Golf Course Road; there is a Chevron on one corner and Firehouse Pizza on the other corner. Drive about 1/4 mile; Watertree Dental Care is on your right.
Driving north on Highway 165 from Hyrum or Providence: Turn right on Golf Course Road. [Other directions the same].
